My Setting:

I will provide childcare in a setting for children from birth to 16 years. This will be in a warm, relaxed, happy, non-smoking environment with a variety of stimulating activities.

 I have a large fully enclosed garden which allows the children frequent access to outdoor activities and fresh air. I also make use on a regular basis, of local amenities such as library, soft play, toddle groups and parks, giving the children plenty of opportunity to mix and interact with both children and other adults.

I provide healthy and nutritious meals and all dietary needs are met. I encourage children to be healthy by eating well, and we sit at the table and eat meals together to promote good eating habits. Alternatively I am more than happy if you would prefer to provide your child's meals and snacks.

I am local to the majority of schools and nurseries in the area, so am willing to discuss arrangements for dropping off and collecting your child.

A settling in period is offered, as some children take a while to adapt to unfamiliar people and surroundings and it gives all of the children in my care the opportunity to meet each other, but this is something that can be discussed at the initial meeting, as you know your child best!
